Second: Shipping and Delivery

1- The customer must accurately enter the recipient's name and delivery address. In case of an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause a delay in shipment, failure to deliver, or additional fees imposed by the shipping company or delivery agent.

2- The estimated time of arrival for goods is an approximation. We will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but the order may be delayed due to reasons beyond the store's control.

3- The order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer themselves, such as not being present at the delivery location, not responding to the delivery agent's call, or requesting a change of delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company shall be held responsible for the delay.
